I Study Business

Welcome!

My goal with this site is to document my path towards attaining a broad knowledge of the most important aspects of working in a business. Hopefully, this path will be helpful to you, the reader in learning about business yourself.

The way I approach learning about business can be summarized in the following three points:

1. Mindset
   What is a business? Is it good to be in business? How does business relate to me as a human being?
2. Understanding of the economy as a whole
   How do businesses influence each other? What are the effects of government policies? What impact does the world-economy have on my life?
3. Knowledge and skills relevant to different aspects of running a business.
   Apart from the hard-skill necessary to produce a product or service, what skills do business people need to master? How can they be mastered? What elements does a business need to be successful?

These three points constitute the framework of the knowledge I’m acquiring.
